COVID-19 is a global challenge and to date, the world is fighting the spread. There are precautionary measures from the World Health Organisation and nations centres for disease control.

However, there is one precautionary message for your relations, friends and well-wishers,

“If You Love Me, Stay Away from Me”

One thing everyone must do, no option is to put personal efforts to help and stop the spread of Coronavirus. The government are working hard to contain the pandemic, the wealthy are already donating to the intervention fund, the medical professionals are working round the clock to stop the spread. What is your contribution?

Your contributions are to stay at home as advised, and if your friends can’t stay away from you, make sure the advised social distancing is maintained. Regular washing of your hands thoroughly with soap for 20 seconds. Sanitize your hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

The symptoms for COVID-19 are dry cough, fever, breathing difficulty. If you notice all these you call the Center for disease control in your country to subject yourself to isolation and test.  Report anyone who has these symptoms and by doing so, you are a good citizen, you are saving lives.

If you fail to do the above, your case may worsen to pneumonia, kidney failure and death.  Compliance to the precautionary measures and urgent test and medical attention is not negotiable. They are your personal contributions.

Once again,

“If You Love Me, Stay Away from Me”
