There is no doubt that there are physically challenged and persons with disabilities who need a government with people’s support and help all over the world. While some transform their disabilities to strength and fend for themselves, others simply beg to provide their needs.  These are genuine beggars.

People and government have ways of sympathising with genuine beggars. These include such offers as acknowledging they are beggars and then the pity, asking them what they need, offering alms, offering them food, directing them to a shelter and polite turning down their requests.

Sambhaji Kale is one of the richest beggars in the world. He has two personal houses also with one flat in Virar where he spends his life with family. Per day income of Sambhaji Kale is 1000.00 rupees. Ted Williams is a US(United state) based richest beggar and he is popular in the whole world.

While some countries have the law on begging, others don’t categorically have. Rough sleeping and begging are illegal in England and Wales under the Vagrancy Act 1824. This Act makes ‘wandering abroad and lodging in any barn or outhouse, or in any deserted or unoccupied building, or in the open air, or under a tent, or in any cart or wagon illegal. However, it does not carry a jail sentence and is not enforced in many cities, although since the Act applies in all public places, it is enforced more frequently on public transports.

Fake beggars are exploiters and exposing them becomes imperative to tackle their exploits. Some are arrested, taken to court and they go jail, others are simply warned and counselled to desist from such. But hey can’t be stopped. When they are known in a certain town, they will simply change location.Exploit of fake beggar

Challenging the genuine state of health of these fake beggars are becoming a bold step by people. Fake beggars are exposed, disgraced and arrested. This is encouraged to go on otherwise it is becoming self-employment.
