The United States Authorities have vowed to go on with their investigation of Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged crimes. All alleged accomplices who helped Epstein or knew what he was doing would be investigated.
The US authorities determination raises fresh trouble for Prince Andrew, the Duke of York. Andrew has been Epstein’s pal and in the past was accused of associating with Epstein in the alleged sex- trafficking of minor girls
Formerly sealed document from a civil suit were unsealed on Friday. The dump document revealed that Andrew and a number of powerful men were indicted decade ago of having sex with underaged girls allegedly supplied to them by Epstein.
Virginia Roberts Giuffre, an American who now lives in Australia once accused Andrew of having sex with her as a Minor. However, four years ago that the documents were last revived, the Buckingham place denied the allegation.
Similarly, the Palace denied Andrew’s involvement again on NBC News and the Daily Mail on Saturday. The palace statement reads in part:
“This relates to proceedings in the United States, to which the Duke of York is not a party. Any suggestion of impropriety with the underage minors is categorically untrue.”
Speculations are that the revelations from the document dump have no connection with Epstein’s two new federal charges. Also, the reasons Epstein committed suicide in the early hour of Saturday in his jail cell in a federal detention centre in New York are still shadowy.
