Nigerian Youths Set for Global Day of Protest on Social Media

Nigerian youths are set for a global day of protest on social media following the black Tuesday in the country. Allegedly some eye witness said soldiers opened fire on #EndSARS Nigerian youths who continued their protest at Lekki after the 24 hours curfew announced by the Lagos State Government earlier in the day. Some lives were feared lost and several degrees of injury sustained by the protesters.

Curfew was announced on Tuesday by five States that are flashpoints of the protest after suspected sponsored hoodlums hijacked the protest, destroying property and attacking protesters.

Nigerian youths have vowed not to stop protest till their demands are met. Taking to social Media to continue the protest is one of their options as they are chased out of streets of protest by the Nigerian government.

Nigerian youths have been on protest tagged EndSARS for 13 days to end Police Special Anti-Robbery Squad for their brutality and killings of innocent Nigerians. The EndSARS protest got the attention of all well meaning Nigerians to demand good governance in the country.

Nigerian Youths yearned they want a new Nigeria where:  Justice reigns, there is employment for the youths, there is a better economy and where there is the security of lives and property among others.

However, the government has attended to some of the demands but they insisted on #5for5.
